Fasttrak: a music app built and run with AI agents

Fasttrak is our own product: a home for music before it's released. Musicians need a private place to keep every version of a song, get feedback from collaborators and sell when they're ready. That means three apps (web, desktop and mobile) that all stay in sync, which is a lot for a small team to build and maintain.

One backend, shared by three apps:

• Desktop app: watches the folder where musicians save their songs and uploads new versions automatically, even if the internet drops.
• Web app: play songs, see every version, leave comments at exact moments in a track, and control who can listen or download.
• Mobile app: listen, comment and manage playlists on the go.
• Selling: artists set a price and get paid through Stripe.

Our Software Factory, a team of AI agents, helps build and run it. When a task is marked ready on our project board, the Software Factory writes the code and sends it for review. When an error shows up in the live app, the Software Factory finds the cause and drafts a fix. An AI reviewer scores every change, and a person approves it before it goes live.

Over 1,000 artists have uploaded more than 10,000 tracks to Fasttrak. With our Software Factory handling much of the day-to-day building and fixing, a small team keeps three apps moving forward at once.
